We charge one month’s worth of salary of the role you are recruiting for. For example, if you hire a developer for $2,500 USD per month (or $30,000 USD per year), our fee would be $2,500. This is paid one-time and you never owe us again for this hire?

Is there a guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 90-day guarantee and you only pay us if the employee sticks around for at least 3 months.

 

When must payment be made?

You only pay us if the employee we found for you maintains employment after 90 days. You pay us after the employee has been employed for 90 days.
